ASu.....The growing importance of law in business today is shown by the rapid increase in the use of lawyers by individual person and business corporation. In earlier times, people and business corporation generally employed lawyers on in emergencies situation. Lawyers might be used if a summons to appear in court or a person/company could not collect a debt that was due, or a business transaction default and no settlement could not reach. Such things still happen today, however, more and more people and companies used lawyers to help them plan strategic way to avoid such emergencies and comply with a rapidly growing mass of legal rules and regulations.
